MilanStock provides services consisting of (1) offering MilanStock products on an internet site, through which users can purchase these MilanStock products directly from us; (2) offering a virtual marketplace platform for others (Third-Party Sellers, as defined below) to advertise, promote, list, and sell their own products on the Site. In the event that products are sold directly by Third-Party Sellers, MilanStock is not the supplier of those products. MilanStock also does not allow any modification of the Services available on the Site or any use of the platform to benefit another business, unless such modification and use are initiated or consented to by us.
2. Potential Third-Party Sellers (other than MilanStock) may only advertise products or services if they are authorized by applicable laws to sell those products and provide those services, and if they have the products and capacity in stock.
3. To use MilanStock's Services, you must be aware of the terms of the Privacy Policy, which contains clear and complete information about the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of your personal data. You must create a unique registration account, enter your email or phone number, and create a password that is personal and non-transferable. MilanStock is not responsible for the improper use and disclosure of this data to third parties.
4. MilanStock may refuse a registration request and warn or suspend, temporarily or permanently, your account if such registration, information provided, use of our Services or products, or conduct in relation to us is considered a violation of any applicable laws, regulations, government policies, or MilanStock's terms and policies.
5. MilanStock does not allow products expressly prohibited by law or by these Terms to be made available or purchased on the Site. Before purchasing any product not directly offered for sale by MilanStock, you should review the information available on our Site and verify the reputation, prices, payment methods, product delivery time, and purchase guarantees, among other things, of these Third-Party Sellers.
6. You have the right to regret purchases made on the Site and return relevant products. We can provide you with a full refund and pay for relevant shipping costs in accordance with our Return Policy. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
7. MilanStock does not allow advertising for the sale or purchase of products that are prohibited or violate current legislation, as well as products that are prohibited by the Site.

1.2 Updates to the Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. We will post the updated version of the Terms on the Site and Apps, and prior notification will be provided via the email address registered to your account if the modification refers to any significant restriction or limitation of your rights under this instrument. By continuing to use the Services after the changes, you agree to be bound by the modifications we make to these Terms and/or the accompanying agreements/policies, including, but not limited to, the Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you remain responsible for checking these Terms and/or the accompanying agreements/policies from time to time to understand your rights and obligations before using our Services and to check if any changes have been made.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms. To purchase from us, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are 16 years of age or younger, you will be represented by your parents and/or legal guardians with respect to your use of our Services, and if you are over 16 but under 18 years of age, you will be assisted by your parents or legal guardians with respect to your use of our Services. Accessing, browsing, or using the Services indicates that you agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue access to or use of the Services. Please read this Agreement carefully before proceeding.

2.1 Declarations. When you use our Services, you declare that you are aware of the processing of information and data and that all information and data provided by you are true and correspond to reality. You declare and guarantee that you are at least 18 years of age or that you are visiting and using the Services under the supervision, representation and assistance of one of your parents or guardians. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Company hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to access and use the Services, displaying them in your internet browser, for our Website, or on your mobile devices, for our applications, solely for the purpose of purchasing personal items sold by MilanStock or Third-Party Sellers on the Website or in the Applications and not for commercial use or use on behalf of third parties, except as explicitly permitted by the Company in advance. Violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate revocation of the license granted in this subclause without prior notice.

2.2 Limitations on Use. Except as permitted in the subclause above, you may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works, translate, modify, disassemble, decompile, exploit, or reverse engineer the Services or any part thereof, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Company. You may not make commercial use of any of the information provided in the Services or make any use of the Services for the benefit of another business, unless explicitly permitted by the Company in advance. The Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at the Company's discretion, including, but not limited to, if we have evidence that the customer's conduct violates applicable law or is detrimental to our interests. Third-Party Sellers will be bound by the terms and conditions of a separate contract entered into between MilanStock and the Third-Party Sellers for the use of the marketplace. You will not upload, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Services content, information, or other materials that: (a) violate or infringe the copyrights, patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, image and voice rights, or other proprietary rights of any person; (b) constitute defamation by oral or written means, are threatening, obscene, indecent, pornographic, or offensive, or that may give rise to civil or criminal liability under local or international law; (c) violate the privacy, reputation, and honor of third parties; (d) violate applicable law or regulation; (e) are fraudulent, false, misleading, or confusing, including “trolling” (destabilizing); (e) promote discrimination, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group; (f) are violent, constitute bullying, or threaten or promote violence, terrorism, or threatening actions against any person or entity; (g) promote illegal or harmful activities or substances; (h) harm or attempt to harm minors in any way; or (i) contain bugs, logic bombs, viruses, worms, trap doors, Trojan horses, or other malicious or technologically harmful code, materials, or properties.

2.3 Account Creation and Termination. To access some features available in the Services, you will need to create an account (“User Account”). You may not use another person’s account. Each time you use a password or identification, you will be deemed authorized to access and use the Site or Applications in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and the Company has no obligation to investigate the authorization or origin of any access to or use of the Services. You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of the Services by any person using the password and identification originally assigned to you, regardless of whether such access to and use of the Site or Application is actually authorized by you, including, without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations (including, without limitation, financial obligations) incurred through such access or use. You are solely responsible for protecting the security and confidentiality of the password and identification assigned to you. In no event will we be liable for any loss, theft, or fraudulent use of your User Account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or identification or any other breach or threat of breach of the security of the Site or Application. Do not use the same password for this Site or Application that you use for other sites. The User Account is provided for the regional MilanStock site or application that is used for initial setup. Depending on the Site through which you create your User Account, your account will be administered by the entity(ies) responsible for operating that MilanStock Site. If you create your User Account with the Site, your User Account will be administered by the entities as set forth in Clause 1.1 (Scope) of the terms and conditions governing the use of this Site. If you reside in one country but request that products be shipped to another country, you may be redirected to the MilanStock Site of the country to which the products are shipped, and your account with that MilanStock Site will be managed by the entity(ies) responsible for operating that MilanStock Site (for example, if you registered an account on a local MilanStock Site other than the Site, you may be redirected to the Site if you place an order to be shipped to Brazil). From time to time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of the Services, including, but not limited to, the ability to upload documents, make payments, or send messages. We may terminate your access to the Services at any time if we have evidence that you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following instructions on the Site or App, or by contacting us as described in the “Contact Us” section below. If your account is closed, you may lose your account assets if you do not contact us. By creating an account with us, you acknowledge that we may send you promotional or marketing emails from time to time. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please use the link provided in those emails to unsubscribe from our email list.

2.4 Promotional Points & Coupons: If you create a User Account, you will receive a MilanStock digital wallet (“Wallet”) that can be used to collect and hold wallet credits, gift vouchers, promotional coupons, and promotional points issued by the Company through the Services. Promotional Points: Promotional points can be earned and stored in “My Assets” by using our Services and purchasing goods in accordance with the specific provisions available in Bonus Points. Promotional points are granted by the Company at the Company’s sole discretion and are subject to expiration and cancellation by the Company. Subject to this Subclause 2.6, promotional points can only be redeemed on the website through which they were granted (for example, if promotional points were granted on the website www.milanstock.com, they can only be redeemed on that website). Promotional points cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded via debit/credit card or other payment methods used for the original purchase. Coupons: Coupons may be purchased from the Company and Third-Party Sellers from time to time, or may be granted by the Company and such Third-Party Sellers at their sole discretion. Coupons may be stored in “My Assets.” Coupons may be subject to expiration and cancellation by the Company or Third-Party Sellers. MilanStock Coupons that have been purchased can only be redeemed on the website where they were purchased (for example, if the Coupons were purchased on the website www.milanstock.com, they can only be redeemed on that website). The redemption of MilanStock Coupons granted by the Company free of charge is subject to limitations imposed at the Company's sole discretion from time to time.

By using our Services and placing orders through them, you agree to provide us with your email address and postal address and/or other contact information truthfully and accurately. You also agree and acknowledge that we may use this information to contact you regarding your order, if necessary.
